My Background

Coming from Industry I have over 6 years’ experience working for one of the largest Fund Administrators in the world. Leaving the business at a managerial level having started from entry level, my product knowledge, sectoral knowledge and cultural understanding of what it takes to be successful in this world separates me as a proven expert in the market. Having left banking, seeking out a role involving more people interaction I strategically positioned myself with one the world’s leading recruitment firms, concentrating on establishing myself in the world I knew.

With the exponential growth in this industry of late and my strong partnerships established with leading organisations in the field, I consistently deliver top results for both candidates and clients alike. With a huge crossover with industry accounting and qualified roles, my exposure to all aspects of the more traditional accounting sector also spans throughout my career. My Background

I’ve always been extremely passionate about working with people, and thoroughly enjoy helping people develop in their field, assisting them in finding the right candidates that will develop their business and being a part of the entire process from start to finish.

After moving into the specialised area of Accountancy and Finance recruitment I have worked with SME’s, Industry and Practice clients in obtaining the best talent for their organisation.

My approach is always based on my belief that the human approach in recruitment is the best one, and that by providing a service to both candidates and clients that is honest, committed to their best interest and transparent in the process is the most effective way to be in this industry.

I am always motivated by seeing candidates find an amazing role that they can thrive and develop in. My reward is knowing I have assisted them in getting there.
